Kyle is the kind of person that restores my faith in humanity.
Just reading her blog brings a smile to my face and with every new post of hers I think to myself... man! I really do hope I get to meet this person in real life at some point in my life!
For you to get an idea of what awesome people Kyle and her hubby Seb are, please check out her post "Art for Good".
I have to say her post hits a special cord for me. Like Marcelo, I once too, benefited from a scholarship that helped me get through my first year of college. It was thanks to my dear Uncle Boots that I was able to pay for tuition during my freshman year since it would have been very difficult for my parents to afford the private university I had chosen at the time. Having that kind of help gave me the boost I needed to get good grades and obtain a 75% scholarship for the remainder years in college. Which in turn led to me to France. Which in turn led me to where I am today.
I know how Marcelo must feel. It's a pretty awesome feeling when you have someone believe in you that strongly and give you the little help you need in order to jump-start you life and get things going.
So head on over to Just Married Chilean Style and let Kyle and Seb know what an amazing thing they're doing. It's not every day you get a chance to meet people that are really making a difference in this world.

Just like you Fned, so many people have helped S. and I along the way. I'm glad I have the chance to play it forward :)
And I really hope we get to meet in real life too!!! I have a feeling we'll be passing through your side of the world on our big trip and I would never leave France without at least having lunch with the infamous Fned.
Very nice sentiment fned and mamacita. I did try to find the art area on your blog but clicked and only got information. will try when I have more time.
