Poppy's Day

You've probably never heard of this holiday, it hasn't been marketed much and there aren't any pre-Poppy's Day sales at Wal-mart going on or anything... but ever since I can remember, Poppy's Day has always out shined Christmas Day for us.

December the 25th is my grandfather's birthday and each year, whether the family can physically get together or not, it is always a day filled with Poppy Day wishes, pictures, presents, laughter, good food and loved ones.

This year we are lucky that most of the family could make it to San Antonio... here are a few pics of what Poppy's Day is all about: plenty of laughter, great presents.... good food.... delicious desserts, etc.
