So last night the French Rugby team (les bleus) played against the New Zealand's All Blacks... it was supposed to be the french's last game as the All Blacks were favorties to win the World Cup....
.... only they didn't count on the legendary "French Flair".
It was an amazing game which started with the now mythic HAKA (the All Blacks incredible pre-game face-off they do facing their opponents) and ended with the bleus winning by a slim 2 points - talk about nail-bitting during the last 10 minutes of the game! By the way, if you have never seen the HAKA I totally recommend you check it out on Youtube, it's quite impressive.
Next saturday, the "bleus" will be playing against England in the semifinals... hope they make it to the finals... the atmosphere in Paris on Saturday was AMAZING after they won so I can only guess what it'll be like if they do make it to the finals !!!
